The teenager made the offer under the anonymous name Unigirl. Police say that even though prostitution is legal in New Zealand and the girl does not appear to have broken any law, it might be risky for her to follow through with the deal, as many incidents have happened after anonymous web encounters.

After having obtained images of a baby duct-taped to the wall on December 31st, the police arrested Corde Honea, 18. They also found drugs and stolen weapons in her residence.
The images show the baby taped by the wrists, torso, and legs, unable to move.
The baby belonged to her 17-year-old girlfriend, who lives in the same place. The mother admitted to holding the baby against the wall while Honea was duct-taping him.
Honea was charged with child abuse, drug possession, possession of stolen property and stolen firearms.

A 76-year-old German man, tired of waiting for ice on his car to thaw, decided to speed things up by using a blow heater. He installed the device under the hood and went indoors for a while.
