Billy Duncam got home late that evening after having watched football with his friends. But his wife Helen was convinced that he was lying to cover the fact that he had spent the evening with another woman.

The two argued and Helen started hitting her husband. Hysterical, she eventually managed to cut off Billy’s testicles.

Billy was quickly sent to the hospital, but the surgeons were unable to sew his testicles back on.
