“Aliens are currently all around us, and are watching us all the time,” said Lachezar Filipov, deputy director of the Space Research Institute of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. But don’t panic yet: “They are not hostile towards us, rather, they want to help us.”
But they don’t like the way we manage our planet: “Extraterrestrials are critical of the people’s amoral behavior referring to the humans’ interference in nature’s processes.”
Lachezar knows them well: they are in the process of answering 30 questions the scientists sent them. He goes on to explain that man can dialog with extraterrestrials via human thought.
This research is causing heated discussions between Bulgaria’s President, Georgi Parvanov, and Finance Minister, Simeon Djankov.
But Lachevar has supporters in high places, explaining that the Vatican has confirmed the existence of extraterrestrials.

Do we really know what the alien agenda is? If they do not intend us any harm then why do we so frequently hear about abductions? Why do they buzz our military planes and commercial flights? I know I have read about cattle mutilations (and a few human mutilations as well!) and wonder why do they do such things? I think we need to be more cautious myself. There are some that believe that they use our people for interbreeding with their people. Frankly, I think the governments of the world should acknowledge to the people that aliens and UFO’s are quite real and prepare for them. I think when the government tries to ignore their presence they are making things worse instead of better.
