Senior Constable Cathy Duder stopped two naked men in their mid-20s who were on a late night bike ride in the New Zealand town of Whangamata.
The two men explained that they wanted to experience total freedom.
“You may experience total confinement. You should head home and get helmets,” she told them.
Duder said she cut the men a break, as they appear sober and there was no one else around. In New Zealand, public nudity can attract a charge of offensice behavior.
