Steve and Caroline Cartwright are really in love, they are very active and… noisy. Their neighbors ended up lodging a complaint and Steve and Caroline have since been condemned.
Witnesses mention “screams”, “hysterical, continuous” sounds. Recordings from neighbors appartments show that volume could reach 47 decibels. The court also had to listen to a ten minutes recordings during which our lovers were screaming “as if they were enduring massive pain”.
But neigbors were not alone: a mailman, a pedestrian walking her kid to school were also among the plaintiffs.
